Melting
Melting of the metal is carried out in the induction furnace as per forging requirement. The grades are selected as per the required chemistry of the ingot. Heat is analyzed for necessary adjustments of various alloying elements made through additions of Ferro-Alloys.
After casting the mould is allowed to cool for a predetermined period of time before removing the ingot from the mould. Then the cast ingot is examined for surface defects and final chemistry before sending the same for forging. |

Applications
We are manufacturing rolls, gears & shafts etc. for Rolling Mills of stainless steel, Copper, Aluminum and Brass etc. We are also manufacturing rolls, crank shafts heavy and light rounds, shafts & pinion and other forged items for various machinery manufacturers, windmills, sponge plants, cement plants and power plants etc. |

Quality
Forgings are made according to drawings supplied by customers and suitable minimum forging margin is added to give a shape with minimum weight and further machined according to customers requirement. Heat treatment is done in normalizing / annealing furnace and forgings are ultrasonically tested thereafter. |

Testing
Comprises of chemical analysis, physical testing, ultrasonic testing wherever required . The company is equipped with facilities for both wet chemical analysis as well as spectrometer analysis, ultrasonic testing machine, microscope with accessories, micrometers, megnaflux, hardness tester, various temperature and measuring equipments for necessary controls of quality in all respects. |
